- Won the only two Lemon Law cases to reach the Washington Supreme Court:
- Ford v. Barrett, 115 Wn. 2d 556 (1990)
- Chrysler Motors v. Flowers, 116 Wn 2d. 208 (1991)
- For many years has been Chief Author/Editor of the Consumer Law chapter of the Lawyers Practice Manual published by the King County Bar Association.
- Chaired the committee that wrote the Washington State Pattern Jury Instructions for the Consumer Protection Act.
- Frequent speaker on consumer law at legal continuing education seminars, including the annual Judge Advocates General training for the United States Military.
- Has taught consumer law at a local community college.
